uPlay is a great, big pile of steaming triceratops poo poo, goddamn. In the event that it loads on the third or fourth try, after like 2 or 3 minutes, it crashes whenever I exit the game. Don't think I'll ever be buying anything that utilises it again.

Finally logged into uPlay, which crashed a trillion times. I have just left the stadium and am in the garage. First impressions: - Aiden is pretty obnoxious. - Mouse movement is sluggish even with smoothing turned off. - Mouse sensitivity in menus is crazy high. - Volume is literally halved compared to everything else. (Yes, I've checked the mixer and have turned off auto-reduction in Communications.) - Whoever designed the smartphone interface needs to be strapped into a chair and beaten with hammers. - The engine is pretty poorly optimised for AMD. - I got my first honest to God BSOD of the decade, probably since XP SP2 or some poo poo, when I tried to lower the graphics settings.  Game might be good when I get further into it, but I'd already strongly advise against paying full price.

As a sandbox, Watch_Dogs gets old quick and is extremely limited, and multiplayer is pretty much dead anyway I think. Goat Simulator also got old after about ten minutes for me, but YMMV. GTA V is a good bet, even though Rockstar made some truly incomprehensible decisions in its design. Hopefully they'll be mitigated somewhat by mods on PC if they don't gently caress that up, too.
