Good rep doesn't help if people call the cops on someone shooting you, does it? Because I totally love this, max. rep, follow someone to get in range for a non-lethal takedown, end up with yet another stupid cop chase because someone was scared by the bad guy shooting at someone else (ie. me).

That specific mod (it's customizable) did help me with performance a bit, although the game still ran like poo poo overall while looking pretty average compared to other games which run better.
