Actually no. The irony of keeping a market free is that you have to have regulations in play to prevent monopolies or bad kinds of competition. A major snag with black markets is that they tend to get taken over by the most murdery people. You see this in the illegal drug trade, for example; various violent cartels and gangs take the thing over. The only way to get into a market is to violently remove whoever controlled it as if you try to do it peacefully they tend to come violently remove you. That isn't competition to be the one with the best product; that's just removing all competition entirely. Completely deregulated markets tend to end up at that point one way or another. Libertarian thought used to understand that.
