I like Ghana and I felt bad when Luis Suarez handballed them out of being the first African team to make the World Cup semis, but it's their own fault for missing the penalty afterwards anyway. If they weren't in the Group of Death I would fancy them to reach the knockouts. As it is I expect them to inflict a humiliating defeat on the USA but lost their other two matches and go home early.
