If y'all buying Lao Gan Ma, you should be aware that there are a bunch of different "flavours" and one is head and shoulders above the rest: it's the one with the chicken bits in it. Yeah. It's a hot chilli oil with bits of chicken bone and gristle that's been soaking in it, infusing the entire oil with the wonderful flavour of chicken.
