I have a bottle of this one at home.

The first time I used it, it was straight up in some sandwich. I must have drank like 2L of milk afterward because it was to hot for me.

I have since then tried it in lower quantities in other stuff, but it was still to spicy. I found out the proper usage for it, add it in lower quantities in sauces or yogourt marinade. It works quite well with those.
