i got emailed the schedule for next month in advance. moving from 3 days on 3 days off of 12 hour shifts where you rotate between days and nights every few months to motherfucking 8s, 6 on 4 off with rotating timeslots. 2 days, 2 swings, 2 mids. the reason for the change? 'widespread sleeping problems among controllers'. im gonna be so alert & focused at my job noahahhahahahahahahha cant wait for the bloodbath of a training meeting & probable first shirt involvement

The sad thing is, it might be an improvement.

Hi guys fellow airman here also a warrior too. I just want to mention what a great time im having here in Minot. Its really sunny and its stopped snowing a few weeks ago so I got that going for me. sending my love to y'all and I will keep you all in my prayers especially you rek.
