The downside of me accepting that I have to sell my E39 is that I have stopped babying it, and have started hooning the gently caress out of it, and now I don't want to sell it. I wonder how adept i can get at unbolting and rebolting a driveshaft. (It's being sold because I can't figure out a non-trailer way to pull it behind the motorhome).

If you were allowed real metal cylinder liners and valve seats, how long do you think an engine block cast out of J-B Weld would last? Steel crank, rods, pistons are allowed. Basically just the block and head J-B.
