Here's a story on it, just quoting tweets. Apparently someone fell from Fridays and they were working on him while Kintzler was warming up. Also someone claims the EMTs dropped him while they were taking him away.

e: Meaning dropped him on the warning track while they were getting him loaded up I guess, not dropped him into the bullpen.
