That's what Nichols thinks, but she's probably just wrong and Claudette never talks about the murder. Maybe Claudette was moved to Litchfield for good behavior.

He gets framed over it by the Latinas, he gets fired but the prison sweeps it under the rug because they don't want a public embarrassment, then Pornstache gets hired back by Fig because she didn't know about the scandal, then she fires him again when she finds out, but this time he gets arrested

I'm pretty sure Fig knew back then, and she was the one that wanted to sweep it under the rug. The pregnancy just made it impossible to cover up anymore.

Perhaps, but I think it crossed a line where it became too stupid for me to care what happens in that storyline, even if you suppose it's realistically stupid.

I wish he had more interaction with Red, since they were basically arch-nemeses in Season 1. Instead, most of his screentime was wasted on the Daya/Bennett storyline that I didn't care about.

I remember a scene where she catches the mob boss's attention when she offers some advice. Maybe she ends up doing some sort of job for him outside their restaurant, and gets caught.
