My turn? I choose Christy Brown from My Left Foot. Inspiring story. Very touching. Daniel Day-Lewis got his first Oscar for it. Wouldn't have a team without him.

Since RandallODim has a second pick right now, I'll go ahead and make it. Every successful team has loyalty, and I can't think of anyone more loyal than New Jersey from The Adventures of Buckaroo Bonzai Across the 8th Dimension. Of all the right-hand men, he's the most right-handed.
