Guy's Grocery Games, maybe? I think it's where everyone seemed to be in a grocery store and had to make food with specific parameters. I watched half of one episode and I don't know if it's enough to want to go back to it or not. Supermarket Sweep (god, miss that show) meets a judged cooking show. Based on the one episode I watched and a few comments I've seen, people seem to have issues with following the direction of the themes/limits given them.
