So, you watch a buy perform the final killing shot, only to get ragdolled by C4 immediately afterwards. That might just be a thing in that Kill Confirmed mode, the one where you steal dog tags from dead guys. It still has the final kill cam, but since killing isn't strictly what ends the match, you get the slow-motion final shots on a guy who drops dead and then it speeds back up as the killer runs over to grab his tags.
