Xenosaga 3 was actually really good, and it's a shame they only managed to get things right in the third game. If it had been like that since the beginning I think the series would have done much better. It's funny, Xenosaga 2 was the only one of the series we got in Europe - no Xenogears, not even the first XS. The game came with a DVD containing all the cutscenes from the first game, which was actually pretty cool. Still a really stupid decision, no matter how you look at it. It wasn't too much of a surprise when the third game failed to appear. I get the feeling the second didn't sell well, and it being a pretty lousy game to begin with did no one any favours.
