Hardly any of the porn streaming sites played ball when Louisiana did this, just the big ones. I think pornhub, xhamster, RedTube, and maybe a couple of others. It is a trivial roadblock. Meaning that they wouldn't be allowed to take their finals, and then wouldn't be able to go to graduation if they were graduating. The school then backtracked and decided that the students can go to campus to go to class and can ask permission to use campus services or something. The first time they try to deny someone permission, they'll have to back down on that too
