It's Juib the guy you meet in the Soul Cairn quest in the Dawnguard DLC, he lost all the pages to his book. He's been in Morrowind and Oblivion too.

I enjoyed it, they could have used more variety in the dungeons because Dawnguard got the glow forest dungeons but they only used them for two dungeons.

Then again the longest dungeon took me around 7 minutes to clear. poo poo is short as hell if you stealth roll through.
