Grill/roast all the vegetables and fruits you can. they're loving delicious. Peppers, onions, portabellas (again not vegetables), carrots, squash, turnips, brussels sprouts, asparagus. Sweet potato fries! Snack on olives and artichokes stuffed grape leaves. The greeks ate like kings.
