No, but I think that's where I got the inspiration. I used Jamie Oliver's recipe. It needs more salt than you would think, both the egg and the breadcrumbs need to be offset by the salt in the meat. The really awesome bit is if you only boil the eggs for 3 minutes or so, and you get the runny yolk in the middle of your scotch egg. So good.

I learned stick in a Golf TDI, during my driving lessons. Because gently caress taking driving lessons in an automatic, that doesn't teach you jack poo poo. (Smug Euro-mode over) Going from a torquey TDI to a wheezy carbed late-80s 1.3 Corolla took a little while to get used to.

 It's 28-30C in most of Denmark, with a UV index of 6.5 (highest ever recorded in Denmark is just over 7), humidity around 60. I know that's probably peanuts to some of you, but as a typical cold-acclimated northerner, I am quite literally dying right now.

Apparently I just won a GoPro Hero3+ Silver Edition. I'm not really sure what I'm going to be doing with it, but it does 720p120 and 1080p60, which is nice. I think I might use it for some nice 120fps car racing footage if I get it before the Copenhagen Historic Grand Prix kicks off in 1½ week's time. I'll have to think up further ways to embarrass myself on hi-speed video.
