Despite the sentence, U.S. District Court Judge Steve Jones, told GuWop that, though he's unfamiliar with the ATL rapper's music, "young people – my nieces and nephews – tell me you are quite cool."

I think the Weeknd train has passed, you've got a load of dudes who can do the exact same style, like you literally wouldn't be able to the the difference. And yeah, I agree with whoever said all his songs are exactly the same. Good to smoke or chill too but very one note. As for spooky black, his instrumental are cool but his songs kinda feel unfinished. Also the recording quality on his newest tape is a huge step back from Black Silk. The guy needs to invest in some decent equipment.

Saw Outkast last night. Songs are classic and it was good fun but it's sad to see them in the context of such a pointless tour. Andre and Big Boi have zero chemistry whatsoever. They avoid each other on stage and come and go on separate sides. No interaction at all. This was either a contractual obligation or they got paid an absolute fortune to do it cos it's not for the art. Outkast are one of the best and Aquemini is in my top 5 albums ever but I'm definitely a bit disappointed.

Yeah Tencacious Tomato actually just posted that (I think he's one of the guys you have on your ignore list) Sad to hear as he's definitely one of the greats Disco De Soto posted:. What tracks from the album did they do? We got Rosa Parks, Skew It On the Bar-B, Aquemini, Da Art of Storytellin' part 1, and my fav SpottieOttieDopalicious. Yeah, we got all those, it's been the same setlist for a while now. SpottieOttie is my favourite Outkast track ever (those horns ) so that was cool to hear live. Also it was at a festival so it's not like I paid just to see them so not all doom and gloom. Kelis was also at the festival, I thought we might get a surprise performance of Millionaire but no such luck Holy poo poo that interview is pretty revealing. Outkast are dead. Really liking this Mick Jenkins album, have to say. Also that SBTRKT/Ferg track is great. Love it when you get prolific electronic producers teaming with rappers. Recent good examples: FlyLo/Kendrick - Never Catch Me Rustie/Danny Brown - Attak SBTRKT/ASAP Ferg - Voices in my Head Any other examples of these sort of collabs?

I said this recently but I still think TDE could make an AMAZING compilation album if they wanted to. There's definitely no shortage of talent there. All the recent solo albums had at least one or two good songs (gKmc has way more ) and if they pooled their efforts, I think they could make something incredible. Like, you could make an amazing album with a couple of tracks from Control System and the last two Kendrick and Q releases. I haven't kept up with Jay Rock but his album got good hype. Juicy J x A$AP Ferg x Future x Mike Will http://www.hotnewhiphop.com/juicy-j-feat-future-and-asap-ferg-ice-video-new-video.31056.html Juicy's verse is pretty phoned in and Ferg's is nowhere near as good as his recent track with SBTRKT, his flow is very weird. Future's OK. Not great overall for all the talent involved.
