My inner Pulp fan is hoping for an Island Tribe to be discovered in this game. Either that or ancient ruins.

I... I feel disappointed that we can't go any further with these ruins.  I do hope this is all just the tutorial area and the next region yields more curious findings. Where's the natives? Or the pirates? Or their treasure hold?

Oh my god... We've discovered pirates... and somehow the game has made them dull. Also, Yay! The Eds are on the island; surely they can provide some entertainment.
