I played Darkness Within and thought it was ok, at least up until the point I quit for reasons unrelated to its quality.

Nocturne is a technical marvel. I was going to quit because of the awful controls but I am glad I at least got a little bit into the first chapter. Shame Bloodrayne runs like awful choppy poo poo. It's unplayable.

Just got The Forest on PS4. Man this is some nerve wracking poo poo. Is the multiplayer recommended? There's a surprising amount of people playing but I don't want to ruin the spooks.

New Call of Cthulu was pretty drat bland. I don't mind low production values if you're game has a spark or is otherwise interesting.

Firearms did the opposite of helping. While it was amazing to blow some dudes head off with a shotty and see the actual brains on the wall the game as a whole went to pot when it became more shooter than stealth. Keep it a stealth affair.

The dialogue and VA is awful. The devs aren't native english speakers though. Gameplay wise it's cool so far.

I really loved the fact that Ethan and Rosa didn't look like your typical game characters in the first Condemned. I also liked Grunberg's VA. Then they made Ethan looks and sound like a cliche gruff bastard in the sequel...

Everyone in Condemned was beefed out. I thought it was an interesting choice, like how the NPC's in Hitman Blood Money looked like they belonged in porn, or a super tacky Image comic.

But seriously, did anyone ever beat that giant rear end white room with pillars right near the end full of heavies and other super dangerous crap? I'm pretty sure it's literally the room before the final boss but holy poo poo did I slam about 6 hours into that one section before I actually gave up. Returned my rental a day early even.

I do know that I got stuck right at the end. That definitely wasn't an easy game.

Zeno Clash is awesome. I've heard mixed things about the sequel. Is it worth playing?
