Started re-watching this in anticipation of next season, it's so weird how young/alive some of these characters are in the first season. Also my fiancee's kind-of sheltered friend is staying with us while she applies to grad school, we watched the first episode and the first words out of her mouth were "Oh poo poo". Now she's hooked

So Khal Drogo is Aquaman now I guess. Nice of them to re-purpose the wig and beard from GoT for the movie. Maybe that's old news but I hadn't heard about it until now.

Hit the Red Wedding on my re-watch last night, that scene is still as rowdy as I remembered but I forgot how nasty the first scene of the next episode is as well. Guys getting dragged off with no legs, dudes on fire, dudes getting lynched. No fun.
