Another alumnus of the SDLM thread! I love the facial expressions in this one, it's so friendly-looking and fun -- such huge, huge mouths!! As we're fond of calling, it's " -the Manga". Though I guess it's more like  -the Manga, isn't it? Hah!EDIT: I also think it's worth comparing this to a certain other Vampire romcom manga. Specifically, the reason why it's funny and not rather rote and bland is entirely due to the execution, even though the premise of "supernatural harem" is really similar. It was just really really repetitive: "Bad guy is introduced, bad guy turns into monster, hero gets saved by vampire girl turning super-saiyan." And the art style felt really bland too.

Actually, this chapter was redeemed solely by: -- while hugging. It's the little touches to subvert the cliche that make it, in this manga.

Those two chapters were fantastic! The best chapters I've read in a while! It's incredible how much better this comic is when it's piling goofy monster stuff one after another and doing stupid gags for the whole chapter.

This is pretty much the most perfect way of describing this series. An excellent chapter! It's just kind of silly that Asahi had space alien student class rep girl as one of his imagined potential "grandmothers", because of how impossible it is.

The evil faces are the best. Scratch that all the faces are the best. Oh, also I'm really glad that the translation seems to be improving over the gobbledygook mess that it was at the beginning. There's still spelling errors and a little bit of clunkiness that sometimes makes the dialogue hard to parse, but it's definitely a lot better!

Even though this chapter was pretty intense, I am really glad that the Principal is there to help all these adorable doofuses sort things out. Her advice to Shiragami was pretty sage -- she's lookin' out for her, even though she's completely messing with her! And what other Harem manga has such an excellent "bullshit cutter"? Every time I expect this to pull the standard harem shenanigans, I am pleasantly surprised to see that it does its own refreshing take on things.

Oh my gosh, Karen is one of the most hilarious characters yet! Being an angel, she's the epitome of "lawful  Karen's halo is a light bulb  Also - they got "cries when exposed to garlic" wrong. This is the best harem romantic comedy manga I've ever read. Also, it's always rather shocking to see colored pages by this guy. I always imagine such subdued, ordinary-looking colors for everything, but then we reach a colored page or two and it's like, everything is glowing radioactive, neon colors. It's pretty unique!
