With all these replies I figured the new chapter had to have like a serious confession or something in it. What I got was so. much. more. The big question on my mind : Will this chapter make it into the Anime? Because DEAR GOD I WANT TO SEE IT ANIMATED.

I'm catching up after having fallen behind a while ago. I had to stop and catch my breath after reading chapter 89 and just how hilariously, absurdly stupid it is. I was laughing too hard. I completely lost it at "I can feel my butt breathing!!"

Truthism better get a second and ideally anime season just because I want to see the current storyline and Genjirou's antics animated. If they only make a second and not a third, it'd probably just end right before things get REALLY stupid. And that'd just be a shame.

The absolute very best faces in this manga are the 'frightened' faces. You can just FEEL the absolute terror and horror from them. Like this. The artist is so very, very gifted.

Roland Jones posted:132 was translated early by a bunch of 4channers who were pissed off that the translation was behind the current releases, so they took the latest chapter back then, speed-translated it, and threw it up on every site they could. It was petty and stupid and mostly now serves to troll people who read ahead and get spoiled, but the actually-good translators are finally catching up to that point so no one will have to see that garbage anymore soon. Gotcha. Here's looking forward to a version that doesn't contain awful poo poo like 'SMH FAM' in it.

So to recap : Shirayuki, a human, made friends with or fell in love with a non-human. She tried to bridge humans and non-humans and live with both sides. Unfortunately due to a famine, the human village she was in was literally starving to death - so they sold the nonhuman boy she liked/loved into a sideshow/circus thing to survive. She sold her soul to a demon to become ageless and immortal, and has been sabotaging all efforts at living together to prevent any more tragedies like the one she endured. It makes a lot of sense why she's doing what she is and makes her out to be much, much more interesting as a villain as she genuinely believes that what she's doing will prevent the people she's hurting from being hurt even worse. Such a very, very good manga.

Do you know what my #1 biggest pet peeve when it comes to anime and manga is? They love to end with unresolved cliffhangers. Loose ends everywhere that never get tied up. Unresolved romance plots, villains that are on the loose and as nasty as ever, heroes who have severe issues that never get addressed, and so on. This manga is tying everything up perfectly, giving us resolution and closure on many levels and I'm SO glad for it.

The chapters that stood out the most for me that happened earlier in the manga. 1) Introduction of the Principal 2) The first Ice-creamine incident 3) Meeting Youko's dad 4) Magical Girl Akalyn(sp?) 5) The Maid Cafe, which is STILL the greatest chapter in any manga I have ever read in my life. And has THE BEST reaction faces. But since new characters get introduced for a good while, skipping chapters can easily lead to quite a few 'who the hell is this???' moments. E: Now that I look for it, I can't find it. Where was the chapter that Magical Girl Akalyn debuted? Maid Cafe chapter made me laugh the most. The faces, the situation, everything about it was perfect and on point. VERY close second was the chapter where we found out that Youko's dad infiltrated the school as a woman. Holy poo poo was that just amazing.
