I don't think this is a good idea because it prevents people from offering valuable information solely because it is negative. There may be some drawbacks of an LP that aren't covered by a recommendation that could be useful to know, so it should be allowable to make a recommendation against them. Just on this page there were some recommendations for an LP already on the list which doesn't seem very helpful. I imagine that might happen more often as times goes on. Also, shouldn't this thread be used more to highlight threads and authors which don't have a large following already? It seems wasteful that LP's that already receive a lot of traffic are given a lot of attention here.
