Nah, just countries with overused stereotypical accents that are "funny".
There were other plot rewrites in the manual like Russia uniting Europe with the power of socialism, Poland and Russia exchanging territories, and two Polish teams and a NATO squad going missing in that town. Gorky-17 also had a special Gorky-18 release in Russia that was the exact same game only with more bad jokes and swearing.

I believe the ME1 LP in the lparchive is the one with the tank spawning everywhere and therefore the best.

Make an LP where the viewers write their own endings, then vote on them, then some crazy idiot with photoshop/paint mocks up an SSLP episode with that ending out of the game's regular screenshots.
It will still be better than ME3 extended cut.

You get new cars by lottery, and you'll never drive them, since the game rewards beating races with the most underpowered poo poo you can use.
But you can't get too crazy with collisions or shortcuts, because your driver gets depressed and has to take a week off.

So, it's exciting suffering in and out of the races.

Edit: OK, didn't walk all the way, because the map stops loading assets some distance away from the starting camp.
