After last night a Germany v Netherlands final is probably the best for the neutral as it is a tasty rivalry. Argentina winning would lead to the possibility of Messi lifting the World Cup and that would be terrible.

As my country (Portugal) is poo poo in international tournaments (and also in a lot of other things) I grew up through the 80's and 90's cheering for the team of the best player ever (D10S duh!). As so, even with the prospect of watching Argentina raping Brazil (again) in the 3rd and 4th places match, I cannot, for the life of me, hope/wish/whatever for a dutch win.
