Since I don't follow basketball: what's the current state of the possible Warriors' move? There would probably be sufficient land at the site of the Oracle Arena to build a new football stadium there while the Coliseum continues to operate for both the Raiders and Athletics in the meantime.

Warriors are basically 99% moved. They own land it is already permitted for the type of thing they plan to build, and already have private money to build it. Though, it isn't expected to open until 2018 at earliest.

Here is the the area where Oracle is, Its definitely smaller than the Coliseum, but they might be able to fit a stadium there
