i played tiny and big: grandpa's leftovers, and i played the whole tutorial and it was actually fantastic but my computer cant run the actual full game since the tutorial is in gameboy monochrome colors and the rest of theg ame is not and wouldnt run but the tutorial was really fun so check it out!

you don't have to use the randomizer thing, it is also okay to just pick a game you have been meaning to play if fear 2's controls weren't so loving terrible and alma wasn't so cliched it'd probably be worth playing but they managed to turn the shotgun into a torso removal tool in fear 1 to a plinky piece of poo poo in fear 2 and i will not stand for such an insult

historically accurate it takes a while to get used to the ui- mouse over everything and then right click it just to be sure. you can usually get all the info you want but it's not obvious where it is.

play 1 and 3, it has that syndrome where the first and third games own but the second makes too many bad decisions maybe it doesn't but in an hour it didn't convince me otherwise, the second I shot the shotgun I was like nope

fear 3 has no tension but it has paranormal weird poo poo for you to shoot (possibly with your mind if you play as Paxton 'Dead Guy from 1' Fettel) and both characters are fun. there are tiny walker mechs you can hijack.

oh hell yes, it can still startle you if you get overwhelmed but for a good part of the game me and my friend were running around with contact beams fist bumping and making a profit on ammo drops because the contact beam doesn't use as much ammo as you get the version of the pack in 3 is supposed to be infinite i think but we just punched through. the immortal necromorph dudes got stasised and shotgunned apart repeatedly. pregnants get shot with the force gun slotted with electricity or fire because you can put those on any gun. there's a bouncy version of the line gun that oneshots anything by the end of the game you can pick up and throw living necromorphs because you stand on pads that power up your stasis to "yeah it's just not moving anymore" and kinesis to gordon freeman's white gravity gun

beat hazard uses any music you got but everything is the same color which makes intense songs annoying if you play on high intensity (which should be the default) if shots had less corona it'd be way way better. unlike audiosurf it also really doesn't handle songs that are quiet well.

Just dick around in the first level and forget about it. I don't have it on Steam but I played through the first parts of Resonance. I like the interface for the game but it's so loving clunky to click on poo poo onscreen and it takes forever for the character to perform the action. As far as adventure game bullshit it's not too terrible early on even though the first puzzle is realizing that your phone is ringing.

Super Panda Adventures is a lovely platformer that's really ugly and is not fun to play. even on easy mode most enemies take 6 or more hits to die and it's boring. i fought a boss that was a robot slime. i got this game in a bundle and i can't recommend paying any more than $0.25 for it

I got like an hour into Paper Sorcerer. It could prob be a fun Wizardry-lite for low attention span babies but combat moves super slow and the music skips constantly

that game also is really buggy the further into it you get because the developer pretty much abandoned it i think like theres a bunch of puzzles and crap on the later floors that dont work, objects you can clip through, and other stupid stuff
