I just started up and now have two battleframes up to minimal levels (12 for engie & 7 for Medic). Apparently, I somehow missed claiming the permanent newbie LGV due to real life popping up. Is it worth restarting a new character to get the LGV, or do you think it's worth trudging on to level 25 until I can just craft it?

I Just moved to Sertao, and I finally was able to have a NPC walk/move coherently during an escort mission. This game has so many glaring bugs that cripple the experience, but I just can't stop playing despite them. :red5:

They've been given out for free at level 1 and a couple other times in the past for events. Double check your vehicles in game and make sure you don't own one already. If you don't, then submit a support ticket as that would be a new bug. You shouldn't have to do anything new outside of just regularly crafting the silly thing.

I decided to live stream power-leveling/killing of Terromoto on twitch. The first person to come in just said 'No one really watches Firefall' and then left 30 seconds later. By the end of it I had a half a dozen lurkers in there watching me move slowly towards the brink of insanity. I like to think that they celebrated me becoming the Bronze Weight Holmgang Champion dozens of times in a similar way to how I did  .But now my Biotech is 24 - So I'm in the clear. Right? Guys?

Protip for Wintertide: If you're having trouble getting another player to knock out at the snowball dome then you can knock yourself out! Just find a handy dandy rock and throw a snowball at it. You can aim it to bounce off the rock and knock yourself out, which gives you credit for 'knocking a player or elf unconscious'. I recently got my 2nd battleframe up to level 40. I'm looking to gear it up properly so I can start being useful in BP/DT. I found the following 'guide' online. Should I just be running missions at these locations for vouchers to get the applicable items? Warning: It breaks tables.  Does anyone know of a more efficient way to gear up? I have about 10k credits available, so I could probably buy a decent outfitting for one or both frames to start farming, but I didn't know if there is a better way I should think about getting gear before just throwing credits and time at a random image from the internet.

RIP Red 5. I can't help but think that if they had stuck to one direction, even a flawed one, that it would have been better than the N revamps they were going through. But drat, I'm going to miss the world events. Those things were just a hoot. Scrambling from all around the map to try and murder BK is something I can remember with a huge smile from this game.

I tried to login last night to make sure I owned an Arsenal, but I missed that they went down early for maintenance. D'oh. I'm excited to give things a try after the patch. Hopefully it's not too bonkers broken.

The way I understand it, if they're in turret mode, then they get stuck in the flight/turret status and can't move or change anything. That lasts until the glider pad disappears. If you're not in turret mode then you just fly a bit. No matter the mechanics, it's hilarious.

RIP Firefall. I legit had a ton of fun at this game. There was a while (while alt-fire existed) that I could log onto this game for hours and just hunt bronto kings, murder spiders, and farm the beach that was a hoot. Very few other games captured the open world combat aspect in quite as fun of a way. RIP Firefall RIP my bumble bee.
