now i'm sort of curious if there's any imaging system that will be affected by the charge in memory cells
just snapshot the card and turn the dots into data

it's so you can rotate the mouse cursor, if you don't like the angle it is at.

you don't have a dial control so it won't work yet.

how do you turn off the thing where you shake a window around and everything else minimizes?

is it an easter egg and all of the programs see how angry I am and flee in terror?

I would like a way to make them stay and witness what happens to bad programs.

for a wireless router i wouldn't actually suggest the apple one.

lik emaybe in the past but everything i'm hearing now is they are underperforming underconfigurable and overpriced (lol apple amirite)

I keep reccomending the asus AC68U and it really actually is a good solid router. no, i know asus made it, yes, it's still good.

last experience with endpoint consisted of it deleting its own updates and deciding the exchange server was portscanning each PC and blocking it

it was also very upset that someone wanted to try connecting to shares but I forget what error that transgression caused.

spamasassin and a config I haven't quite got sorted out.

it depends on what OTHER precautions you have set up

maybe you can filter it so sender-from and envelope-from are both only valid from yourself if it's an authenticated session

there is only one part nowadays you can gently caress up and that's putting the risers on the case for the board in the wrong spot and the board shorts out on it and fries

well if you can take images of the disks. it may not capture RAID config info but at least there could be tools to recover if this all fucks up

apparently

quote:

1) Clone the laptop to an external USB disk (I like carbon copy cloner, others use super duper)
2) Create a new OSX VM (with appropriate licensed versions of the OS)
3) During the installation process, when prompted to migrate your information, plug in the USB drive and choose 'from another drive'

That will migrate all the information off the clone into the new VM.

but i just spent 10 secs. maybe there is something like vmware convertor

overly clever osx program names are a little irritating. "chicken of the vnc" umm ok.
