Was flipping the channels last night and saw Newcastle playing some New Zealand team I believe. One of the Newcastle players had a box shaped bump under his jersey just below the neck. Anyone see this? Was he mic'd up or Ashley controls a zapper to encourage players to play harder?

Guess I've never noticed them before in friendlies and didn't realize they had a big box on the back. I've seen the vitals vests in training photos many times.
