Doesn't have to even be terrible opinions, if they differ from your boss, consider yourself fired if you're in a right to work state. The fact that she's in California and probably works for similar libertarian douche nozzles is likely why her rear end hasn't been thrown out the door. The fact that she says she represent google and constantly name drops them makes me surprised she hasn't been sacked yet, though. You never talk about work on social media.
