How to robot: Lights: Recon in force and intercepting. Medium: Screen for assaults Heavy: The hammer Assault: The anvil Just set up your group so that you can force the enemy to be between your assaults and heavies and squeeze them. If it doesn't work, employ the steamroller leading with heavies that roll back into the assaults if the enemy starts to shoot back.

He would show up in game in a six flamer Jenner, fire continuously until he exploded, type "FREE PALESTINE" in chat and then quit out.

Inner sphere assaults are not in a bad place right now. The quirkening was a boon, and IS mechs can sustain a brawl posture much longer than a clan mech can. Other than the Gauss direwolf, clan assaults are garbage at pinpoint damage, and overheat quickly. The banshee has become a vicious killer, and the new king crab does exactly what you'd expect a mech with two AC/20s to do. If they can get in close DDCs do what they've always done. The only issue is that if you come to brawl and the opposing side has clan mechs and the opportunuty to get multiple volleys off before you c get in range, you're done. On the other hand, if you can get in, the fight is just as lopsided going the other way. edit: that's way more posts than I thought I had.
