Nice 86' there Bob. I too recently acquired a Craigslist 1996 5.0L XL. $800.



Fair condition, prior owner was an idiot and kinda hacked up parts of the wiring harness when it stopped running on him and he saw no spark. After running tests on it this week it appears the PCM is faulty. Rebuilt one is $250. Engine/Transmission is in good shape, and this model was the only production model to have a MAF outside of the late Californian models. Think this was also the only OBD II. Too bad this was the last year they were made. :(

Make new Broncos, please Ford.
