In Hampton Roads area, at Tidewater Community College, you can use T.A. for a Coast Guard licensing course. Like driver's ed for ships. It's a "credentialing" course and I would imagine there are several for computers. Why not just take college courses and earn your CCNA certification?

And I have no desire to gently caress around with TA. I just want to go take an Excel course and I've heard rumors of people convincing their commands to send them TAD for stuff like that even though they aren't Navy schools/courses. Just wondering if anyone here has actually witnessed this.
