There's this wonderful 1943 comedy, Holy Matrimony, which has never had a video release in the US. I think there's a French or Spanish release on DVD, but not sure.

It stars Monty Wooley and Gracie Fields. A reclusive painter travels back to England to accept an award. However, his valet becomes ill and dies. The valet is mistaken for the painter and he just runs with the mistaken identity, allowing him to remain a recluse. Some time later, the valet's wife turns up... It's funnier than my description, but it's a nice screwball comedy. No idea why it never had a video release since the bootlegs are from a great TV print and it was Oscar-nominated for the screenplay.
