poo poo brought up that made me feel dumb after I posted the annotations:

1. The name of the lady he sneezes on is Vapor, and he says "inhale" because he sneezed and is a Bizarro. Duh, I'm dumb.
2. The gun Damian holds is the Hyper-Poon from All Star Superman #6 that the 5th dimensional Superman was rocking.

Not for nothing, guys, but the main reason the annotations aren't done is because I'm as stymied and looking for answers as a lot of you are for now, and I'm talking it over with people and reading up on integral theory and spiral dynamics. I could have just hacked out a quick version, but that wouldn't have done it the justice it deserved at all.
