We get The Multiversity #1 setting things up, then the one-shots in different universes and the multiverse guidebook, and then The Multiversity #2 wrapping things up. Morrison's said the heroes of the one-shots are going to be reading each others' comics to keep track of what's going on. The solicits suggest a common villain will be popping up as well.
