Sniper Dude is probably the least problematic combat monkey type to deal with. Plenty of time you'll be indoors and won't be able to snipe people with impunity, let him sit at the entrance and take out incoming reinforcements/etc. Also mechanically its not nearly as problematic as Autofire man who really maximizes the damage, or the maximum Brawn guy who you also have to deal with being nearly invincible if you don't want to kill the other parry members.
