The idea of a very out of breath HK droid is kind of funny though. "Question: Has anyone seen my inhaler?" The only thing he is carrying is the Light repeating blaster, everything else is built-in. so no encumbrance on those.

Read the rules on creating a droid player character, parts that are "built in" do not count for carrying encumbrance.
