1) Didn't we have this thread already? B) I replay this game a lot with no mods and not on hardcore mode. I dunno it's a good game, almost no matter how you play it.

I'm playing with Jsawyer mod and I made an old doctor character that is really weak so I can only carry like 50 pounds of poo poo and I always think how much Ragg would hate it.

everytime i try to rp in fnv i end up gaming fnv's mechanics as much as possible so i dont bother anymore except for dialogue choices and what weapons the character will use

roleplaying in new vegas is easy for me since I have so many mods that add so many enemies and drugs that the world doesn't always react to, so it's easy to assume I'm stuck in a coked-up bloodfever just killing so many things, and the plot is almost secondary to the rainbow slaughter parade my existence is whenever I try to go anywhere and run into 70 raiders who all drop even more drugs to fuel my perpetual narcotics nightmare the game is essentially 'postal worker goes postal, somehow makes life better for most people in the process'

Everytime I play FNV i get annoyed with how bad the engine is for first person shooting. actually scratch that gamebryo had some smooth playing games on it i guess i just get annoyed with how bad bethesda is at using it.

I'm planning on building a new, fairly powerful PC like next month. I'll probably spend half the winter just playing New Vegas again instead of the games the new hardware will allow me. Looking forward to it.

I've played this game for 370 some hours and I've only completed the main quest once, and that was a rushed playthrough to get that stupid Hardcore achievement. Hardcore my rear end, more like Annoyance mode.

my ex was massively into new vegas. she played as a character who just punched everything with a robotic fist. she was also stubborn. she ran into the strip with something like 100 credits and was told by the securitron that she couldnt enter. this riled her up so much she spent the next two hours punching to death every securitron there. whenever she went to the strip she'd be waltzing over dead robots.

I'm going to start a new game in Hard/Hardcore mode and I'm going to be a crazed cannibal who murders people with a razor and whenever my Hunger meter rises I'm going to kill and eat the first named character I see and I'm going to murder the Kings Barber for his unique razor and I'm going to take all the radiation perks and the one that gives you more damage with crippled limbs and I'm going to be an insane crippled irradiated murderer who moves frighteningly fast and regenerates health faster than my victims can chip it away. Just so you know, thread.
