It's there, but it just tells you to gently caress off, can't do that!

the retract button only means retract a not-yet-approved item from the queue, it doesn't mean unprobate or unban or ungas. once something is approved from the modqueue only an admin can cancel it early.

edit: I guess "fixing the retract button" would mean just removing it on approved items but that doesn't add anything
