On the other hand you had the hilarity of several people being eliminated by missed or blocked extra points this season. Gould getting an XP blocked with like a minute left in a game the Bears had wrapped up handily owned

Missed XPs should count but made ones should not. There, now we have maximum hilarity :colbert:

It would admittedly be funny to see probably 80% of the field get eliminated in the first week

And the rest of the field continues on week after week as none of the remaining participants can pick a kicker to miss after that first week.

I'm down for whatever, but for now I'm just hoping Carpenter misses tonight so we can declare a winner already.

It amazes me that OxySnake waits until three minutes before MNF starts every week to pick a kicker yet he's still in it

I'm rooting for him at this point

I notice that he picked both Sturgis and Folk already, he won't be able to get away with a late MNF pick this week.

But will he realize this in time

We just keep finding a way. The 49ers had one successful drive all game, and without it, I would've been out on a shutout. Oxysnake is forced to pick someone other than a MNF kicker and it happens the one week when both MNF kickers miss.

Week 14 - Shayne Graham

Randandal
Feb 26, 2009

All 4 MNF and SNF kickers are available for OxySnake this week!

This is the last week before these caveats become relevant:

quote:

4: In the last three weeks of the season, a kicker may be picked by no more than half the remaining players

5: If no clear winner is determined by the end of week 17, we move to tiebreakers.

Tiebreakers
1 -Longest FG made the entire season from a kicker the week they kicked for you.
2 -Total points of all kickers the week they kicked for you.
3 -Total touchbacks of all kickers the week they kicked for you.
4 -Total points in each individual week, counting backwards (starts in week seventeen and goes back towards week one until the tie is broken).
5 -If it's even possible that I get to this step I'll figure something out and announce it before week 15.

Regarding that "no more than half" rule, Smiley! & Infidel Castro could jack with OxySnake by each picking a MNF kicker.
