I haven't personally witnessed it, but I can imagine my VP busting into my cubicle laughing after getting off the phone with someone after reading their resume and finding out it was an online engineering degree. Ten years from now, maybe that isn't the case. Illinois (I believe) has an M.Eng. Civil online program starting up, but they are the best CE school in the country soooo.
