December to Dismember was also originally scheduled to be in an ECW city either Philly or NY I can't remember, but was moved to Jacksonville Florida. So yeah I'm fairly sure that PPV was sabotaged from above(not that it would've been a great show either way). My guess is Vince always wanted ECW to be more of a developmental show than its own real brand so he was determined to make that happen.

I'm glad others think 12's main event was super boring. I remember as a kid thinking it was going to be this amazing thing and a few times I was so tired of it I even left the room and did something else. So it wasn't just me being a dumb kid it really was lame.
