SeXReX posted:people are still making MMOs that aren't F2P? do they WANT absolutely no one to play them? you dont really lose out in launching your game with a subscription; once the playerbase dies out (less than a year) you relaunch the game as f2p that way you get the early adopter money -and- the f2p cosmetics whale money

having a dedicated healing class in any multiplayer game is a sign that one or more of your other class designs suck too hard to exist on their own death 2 healing imo

No classes, just a massive skill tree that you can reset every 24 hours and rebuild until you find the combination of healing/single-target/crowd control that suits you. isn't this The Secret World
