My ex-girlfriend's friend asked us if we wanted to baby-sit her ferret while they moved to Texas. She said it would be for like six weeks at the very most, but probably more like four weeks.

That was seven months ago. I now own a ferret. "A unique handful" is an understatement, because these little domestic weasels just exist for the sole purpose of getting into trouble. She's cute though!
