I can get it fixed, but it doesnt stay. The next time I try and take a photo it goes back  . I guess I'll just wait and hope they patch it

Probably been asked a million times, but what is the current best iTunes replacement for syncing music to the phone. I dont care about it as a music player, I want to be able to drag music into the app and sync it as a playlist. On windows.
