They've had quite a bit of interaction this season thanks to the boyfriend/nephew thing, it's worked out pretty well, but I kind of wish we'd see more of the guy and get to know him better. It feels like Marcus hasn't been defined as much as the rest of the cast's relationship partners.

To be honest, if a cop asked 12 year-old-me if I wanted to see a bag of severed hands they found at a crime scene my response would be "Oh hell yeah" So Rosa's right about that one. I'd probably have nightmares that would persist to this very day, but it would be worth it for the ability to tell classmates about it

According to an interview Sepinwall posted with Goor, Holt is still very much on the show, probably doing some Stamford branch thing where he and Gina are off on their own for a couple of episodes. Also, they haven't casted the new Captain yet.
